-40° Shocking Units
Mayso Soğutma’s -40 ° C & -45 ° C flash freezer units are produced and taken in consideration by the product center temperature reduces the heat of the product in a short period of time. Proper selection of air circulation and evaporator condenser and other equipments is very important for the performance of the flash freezer units to be able to work efficiently because the isolation thicknesses, stacking and product type are considered to make the shocking system work more efficiently.
Higher performance is provided in our Shocking units, which are constructed according to these guidelines.
When the food is frozen quickly with -40 Flash freezer units, the food quality and freshness of the food is preserved and the shelf life is prolonged so with this purpose the flash freezer units is very important.
