Mobile Container Type -40° Frozen System
Mayso Soğutma’s -40 ° C & -45 ° C flash freezer units are produced and taken in consideration by the product center temperature reduces the heat of the product in a short period of time.
Proper selection of air circulation and evaporator condenser and other equipments is very important for the performance of the flash freezer units to be able to work efficiently because the isolation thicknesses, stacking and product type are considered to make the shocking system work more efficiently.
